Frequently Asked Questions

What is Project Glow?

Project Glow is a fully mobile medispa that directly provides Botox®, fillers, and smooth PDO threads to you at your home, vacation location, or business. As such, we function differently than a regular medispa to provide exceptional service. Dr. Eldor will bring you all the necessary equipment and products at your place, time, and convenience.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by clicking on the appointment icon and submitting the form, calling our receptionist, or messaging us through WhatsApp.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Life happens. We get it. Please call to reschedule or cancel an appointment. One of our receptionists will be happy to assist you.

What if I work during business hours?

Dr. Eldor recognizes that we live hectic lives. She provides after-hours and weekend services by request. Please call, DM via WhatsApp, or fill out the form under appointments and specify a few days and times that work for you. Dr. Eldor will review your request and approve a mutually available time.

Why is the receptionist asking for my address before scheduling an appointment?

Unlike conventional medispas, Project Glow is a mobile medispa offering injectable facial esthetics. The receptionist will ask for your address so they can schedule your appointment based on your geographic location and allow enough time for Dr. Eldor to drive to you from her previous location.

Do you offer Botox® parties?

Yes! Whether you want to get Botox® and fillers with a friend or a group of friends, we will schedule a time that works for you. We offer Botox® parties after hours and on the weekends. Please note we schedule 30 minutes per person.

Who is eligible for Botox®and fillers?

In general, Botox® and fillers are currently approved for anyone over 18 years of age.

Who should not get Botox® or filler?

If you are pregnant or lactating, facial injections are contraindicated. If you are under the weather with cold or flu symptoms, please wait until you have recovered. If you have acne, a sore, or other skin breakdown in the treatment area, please wait until your skin is healed. Different medical diagnoses like ALS or certain autoimmune diseases may preclude you from treatment.

What types of payments are accepted?

PayPal, Venmo, credit cards, or cash can be used to pay for treatments.

How much do treatments cost?

Costs vary depending on the type of treatment and how much product is used. Basic neurotoxin treatments are $15 per unit. More advanced treatments, such as a lip flip, are a set cost. For filler treatment, the cost will depend on the type of filler used. Smooth PDO thread treatments vary in price based on the treatment location and are bundled together to include three treatments since multiple treatments are necessary for visible results. Dr. Eldor will discuss treatment costs during your consultation.

What should I expect during the consultation?

Dr. Eldor will arrive with an esthetician chair and all supplies and products required for treatment. She will listen to you, hear your concerns, ask questions, and examine your face to determine which treatment(s) will obtain optimal results. If you agree to treatments, Dr. Eldor will take pictures of your face. You’ll sign consent forms, pay for the treatment(s), and then it’s time to receive your treatment(s)!

How long should I wait until I ask for enhancements?

We say in the industry, don’t love or hate it for two weeks. For first-time clients, Dr. Eldor prefers to follow up in two weeks for Botox patients and requires two-week follow-ups for all patients getting fillers.

How long should I wait before getting another treatment?

At least three months for Botox/Xeomin and at least six months for fillers, depending on the type of filler.

Why do I need to wait so long before getting more treatment?

It’s essential to get enhancements two weeks post-treatment if desired since getting disjointed treatments a month or two apart creates a situation where there is toxin or filler with different durations of effect. This will cause eventual facial asymmetry and poor treatment effects. While not life-threatening, the overall look will not be esthetic.

I’m concerned about my health. Will Dr. Eldor wear a mask?

Dr. Eldor respects your health concerns and will wear a mask if requested.
